Hello Everyone,

I am conditional PR already filed for removal in June '07. My daughter came to visit us as a tourist in August ['07] and she would love to stay with us. She is 16 yr old now.

My hubby would petition her. He already applied for me and my other child [son].

I remember we sent in I 485, G-325A and I 30.

Can anyone advice us what exactly we should prepare in her case.

I appreciate your answer in advance.

Since your daughter is only 16, you can file AOS (including I-130) for her. However, be prepared to show proof that when she came entered on her tourist visa last August, there was no intent to immigrate/adjust status as there would be some who will raise the questions of "immigration intent" and "visa fraud".

We filed AOS for my step-daughter in mid-December. Everything seems to go smoothly, NOA1, NO2 then finally today we successful finished with the fingerprints.

BUT – today we received an interview appointment for her. Is that something common in this process? We already had our [wife, step-son, me] successful interview in ’05.

Any related comment is highly welcomed!

It is normal for AOS applicants to be interviewed..... your wife's and sons interview has no baring on her AOS application... she will need to attened the interview...

Good Luck
