Which of those touches are by them? (meaning when you call, you most likely created a touch).. they told me to try and limit my calls to once a month, even after the 180 days..

LvivLovers, not all of these would be call generated. My Honey and nerdette had RFEs that they returned a while back (a few weeks). So an adjudicator has their files, and should be looking at them.

What u mean by cheking back - calling? I´m not gonna call back ever!!! I´m done with calling them, really. Because it´s not helping us!!!!!More likely it´s pushing our cases back on purpose.

i really got that feeling that those people can be skittish, tricky, unpredectable etc. They are having us in their palms (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

Judging by the number of touches on some of these timelines, I would guess that most of these are just due to calls to CSC. Usually you will get touches for a couple days every time you call in to ask questions about your case. These are different from the touches you get when an officer actually takes your case to their desk and does some real work on them. Just FYI, if you are calling often and generating these touches you may not be able to see the "real" touches. Best of luck to getting your approvals soon. I know the wait is very hard!

So as I can see in your timeline, it will take approximately another 2 months since u are approved to actually get the visa, hm? That´s not very good news

Time from embassy received to interview varies widely by embassy. Check the timelines for your specific consulate/embassy. My embassy takes only a few weeks to schedule interviews once received.... Kiev wait time is 6 weeks I guess from Lviv's timeline.

NOPE!!! Every part of this process has been extremely difficult. When I married my husband in March 2007 and someone told me in November 2007 you would be still waiting for your approvals. I would have thought that person was crazy and seriously needed help! But, reality is true and there is not a damn thing we can do... I do have a "little" news to share from the Congressman Office. I'm not getting my hopes to high but, I was told today by end of next week USCIS should be completed with our RFE and the decision made. So, I HOPE TO GOD THESE WORDS ARE TRUE TO CLOSE THIS NIGHTMARE!! Time will tell.. We are waiting to hear these words "APPROVAL" ...

How is it going? Really anybody got approved? I can´t believe that. So damn sad

NOPE!!! Every part of this process has been extremely difficult. When I married my husband in March 2007 and someone told me in November 2007 you would be still waiting for your approvals. I would have thought that person was crazy and seriously needed help! But, reality is true and there is not a damn thing we can do... I do have a "little" news to share from the Congressman Office.
