Hi guys,

The second page of this form asks for my past employment,of which I have no problem filling out.I do however,have a problem when it comes to exact dates.The form asks for the DAY of when I started previous jobs.I have no idea of the exact day of when I started previous jobs in the past.The MONTH of when I started them,no problem.

How has everyone else here tackled this form?..

I entered "See attached résumé" and attached one. I do not have exact dates on my résumé, just months and years.

Hmmm.. I only wrote the month and the year of my previous employments as it was stated there... Didnt indicate exact day (DD-MM-YY).. :blink:

I indicated months and years on my form as well.

Nini - Vancouver BC, Canada (she's the one who does the forum thing)

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)

Getting our sanity tested by bureaucracy since 2007.

Here we go again...

Removal of conditions @ VSC
