Today It´s a sad day. I miss my boyfriend, I miss my love. I am tired to be separated. Sometimes I feel that it so unfear that I can´t be with him. Why this process (K1) it´s so hard and long?????

How do you do to keep waiting not knowing when are you going to be with your love?

I know that later I am going to be better, strong, and keep fighting in this process to be with my love but right know I am sad

Sorry to hear your having a bad day. All of us have them and have to take this visa process one day at a time. I am married and have not seen my husband in over a year. You will need to try and focus on something and not worry of your processing right now. Find something to cheer you up and hope you get to feeling more positive soon.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a hard time of waiting. I remember when my fiance was living in Argentina, we would chat on the computer daily, sometimes twice. That is what kept me going was the constant communication.

Are you able to chat/email each other?? If you can do this at least once daily it may help ease the pain of waiting. Good luck to you and be strong. I know everyone doesn't believe in God but whatever you believe, now is the time to call on it.

It is brutal having to wait to be together. I was one of the lucky ones who had to wait a relatively short time. Some wait years.

We used VOIP phones, which made the ability to talk a lot easier and cheaper.

May - get the letter

Feb 5/08 - Sent paperwork by USPS - priority

Feb 14/08 - NOA issued

Feb 28/08 - Biometrics letter received for The Bronx Office - have to reschedule

Mar 22/08 - Biometrics rescheduled - LOVE the Saturday appointment!

Feb ?/09 - done!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bad day............I know how you feel, I have been having a bad few weeks. I am frustrated and I miss my love so much. The only thing that gets me through this waiting, is knowing that we will be together & it will be forever. I am never letting him go again :D

Things will get better, Valentines Day may be extra hard for some people but we will all get through it together.

All of us here have felt what you are feeling at some point (if not daily) through this process. I just keep telling myself that soon this whole process will be over and I will be with the love of my life. Sometimes my fiance will joke with me and say one of these days we will both look back on this process and say how fast it went and that it was no big deal. I'm not quite to that point yet. :no: Till we are together again we talk on the phone 3-4 times a day (I am really hating that phone bill) and we chat online 1-2 times a week.

VJ is a great place to meet people going through the same thing you are going through with the same feelings. Although it seems to get frustrating and depressing at times, just keep the faith that your love will bring the two of you back together. Hang in there! :thumbs:

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

oh hun, i know exactly what you are feeling. i feel it almost everyday. i feel like there is a part of me missing. it helps to have ppl like the ones here on VJ to reach out to and support you along the way. i talk to my fiance everyday whether it be online or by phone. I have no doubt it would be harder for me if i didnt have that constant contact. it sucks not having the physical contact though. there are many nights where i cry cuz he is not here with me but i just have to keep on going and know one day the end will be here. *big hugs*
