I don't have good news.

Found out yesterday that my uncle has throat cancer. My aunt and uncle pretty much raised me because my parents weren't together. My father passed away a year ago on Oct. 23rd from liver cancer. This is so soon to have to deal with something like this after losing my father. I am very close to my uncle.

I am so completely devastated. Having a hard time focusing on things.

Inshallah, we will have an answer on Hicham's case soon and he can come home. I just don't think I can go through this again without him here.

Its family fun night at my daughter's school tonight. The kids love it but where's my FUN?? i get stuck holding everybodys goody bag, tickets, waiting outside in the cold and getting blamed cuz theres some candy missing in the bag ( I plead the 5th!!..lol) I hope everybody has a great halloween!

I'm posting my music video on You Tube today. Just waiting for the editing bays to open. I spent 9 hours yesterday editing and that's not inculding the 10 hours I spent before that logging clips. Who knew 10 mins of footage would be so tedious.

oh me no like. lol. I like bright countertops. I have dark now and had a very similar granite top in my old house. Both houses had carpenter ants that would come out in the spring and I wouldn't be able to see them on the countertops. Freaked me right out. I like to see if my counters are clean or not and you really can't with the darker colors. For a floor however I much prefer dark tile, and I have white currently. Wish I could flip my kitchen!!!!!

I have never really liked granite kitchen counters and I don't really know why. I kind of like the colored cement/concrete ones that are all just one color. I think the granite is too busy for me.

For some perhaps. For me, Im having a second Monday. I leave the office for lunch and get pulled over on the way to JIB. Nice cop, very forgiving, gotta go get my 'spection sticker (yes, Im a moron), then show it to the court and pay ten bucks. I go to JIB and an alien of some sort is running the drive through. She seems to think Spicy Chicken Bites means Hash Browns. This takes awhile to sort out. Back to the office, late of course. Cant get in, left my access badge at my desk (double moron). Must wait for someone to come out and take mercy on me. *Sigh*

I love granite counter tops but not the green looking stuff. Sorry Doodle but I love dark counter tops, dark cabinets, and dark floors. Which is unusual for me because usually I like things to be bright.
