when we got our first Rfe they asked to send original documents marriage certificate, police report, birth certificate- that's all you need to send if you were not in the military, weren't in prison, and didn't have any previous mariages..But they accepts only originals also do not forget to make copies translate everything it and notarise everything and then everything needs to be send to NvC..also do not leave any empty fields on DS230 form or they will send it back to you..like as women in Lt do not have to go to military I didn't answer 24 question- silly mistake but sad consequence..Good LUCK (F)

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You Kim (F) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You made my day!!!!!!!!!!! that's the greatest news for me!!!!!!!!! :D and I gues for others who send forms already !!!!!!!!

I am glad! Ya, I told him that my wife has already sent me and now I am ready to mail and I just went to their Website and saw that they have the new one. And I also asked him again (second time) " Sir, are you positive about it", and he said yes, you can send us the old version. I do not think we will have any problem. It might be a problem for people after two/three weeks. Good luck again!!!
