How was Packet 3 & 4 Mailed to You

What type of mail delivery was used to deliver your Packet 3 & 4? Please tell me Delbros because my fiancee lives in Cebu and we have had a lot of trouble with regular mail not making it to her house. The Cebu Post Office blames it on the Manila Post Office and vice versa.

For Packet 4, the US Embassy Manila uses DHL as their courrier. DELBROS is for the visa delivery. My packet 4 had to go thru Cagayan de Oro City because there is no DHL branch in my tiny place Dipolog City in Mindanao. Your fiancee should be okay since she is from Cebu.

Mine was sent tru DHL but I almost did not get it if the in charge did not call me through my cellphone. They could not locate my house.

There is no packet 3 in the Philippines, just a packet 4.

My packet 3 was delivered as a regular mail by the Mailman and packet 4 was delivered by DHL.

Please thoroughly read Section 4.3 of the Manila Embassy K1 Visa Guide. The Manila Embassy does NOT issue a Packet 3 (Packet 4 ONLY).

Oh well, i have mistaken a letter of receipt and document preparation letter as packet 3. Thats what i received as ordinary mail prior packet 4. I didn't know that, im sorry

Packet 4 only. Mine was delivered today by DHL and the mail label said it was just sent off yesterday. I live in General Santos City, Mindanao, Southern bottom part of the Philippines, and very far from Manila. Good luck!
