Form 221g AR USEM

My wife says the filipino preinterviewer used the 221g or something very similiar for a checkoff list.

Sucks as they leave you hanging for weeks and months and it's VERY difficult if not impossible to to find out why.

If checked with no explanation, then I would guess the embassy be doing some background checks esp to check if the applicant or the petitioner didn't terminate their previous marriage.

could you tell us what happened in the pre interview that lead to issuing form like that/temporary refusal.

I mean did they ask too much documents?

just for others to be aware of. Ty.

but if u dont feel comfortable to discuss, it will be alright.

we just worry a lot if our time comes.

Yep!

A lot of the time USEM will do their own CENOMAR checks. Especially if it's an older pinay. Guess they figure the odds are higher with older woman having been married. Having had a child also.

Sorry if you miss understood me.

The CO is the one that makes the final determination. Pre interviewers just gather the documents they think are applicable to the case.

I was just trying to show what documents you need.

The Manila 221g is called Temporary as peeps should get visa approval when the required "lacking" documents are submitted.

The form covers ALL kinds of different visas naman.
