Instructions to who? Fiance and Myself or just to the Fiance? Since I have never experienced this before. Could someone shed some light on these or is there a site or here where this info is available?

Packet 3 contains the instructions that will be sent to the non-USC fiance about her upcoming interview at the consulate, and will also list any preparations that she has to make in advance (visa payment, medical exam, police clearance, etc). Packet 4 is usually the appointment letter in which the non-USC fiance receives her interview date at the consulate.

They will send packet 3 & 4 to both Petitioner (USC) and the benificiary. Packet 3 is the letter from US Embassy informing you that they already beginning to process your case and they include the copy of instructions and list of documents needed for the Beificiaries interview. Packet 4 includes the Appointment letter, instructions for interview and medical, Forms, Maps and addresses of the Banks, St. Lukes and the US Embassy. The packet 4 looks like this (minus the appointment letter):Packet.pdf

or you can download the Packet 4 online :http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3023.html

Thank You....this is very helpful to see and have an idea of what is presented in these packets. So, it appears in this one that it was approx 2 months after Manila received the approved I129F, that this person actually had their interview date. thanks again

Thank you for sharing those details. It looks like the approved visa petition was received by the US embassy on 25 Aug 06 and the interview was not until 11 Jan 07. That is about 4 1/2 months.

Oops, just re-read the time frame. Thats not at all promising. Looks like more delays?

Im sorry to disappoint you but thats what exactly happend to me, i waited soooo long but i got through it. And you know what? the USCIS didn't make me wait for my AOS, i got my greencard in less than 90 days. So just hope that yours won't take that long. Goodluck!
