Hey Kathryn,

Yeah there is. Jazzie called them up and they confirmed with us. They have three methods. The first is to email at busdev@delbros.com. The second is to call them at: 0917-339-2761. Lastly you could txt them at (fastest actually) 0917-6221949. *sighs* I pray there are no more complications.

davejazz, may I post this information in the philippine thread? I think having more options than just calling would be beneficial to all USEM petitioners.

Wintime, I know waiting is hard. It helps me to think about petitioners who have had more obstacles to overcome such as gogo and Divine. This philisophy helped me through tough times in the late 90s and early 2000.

We all hit snags in this process. I'm so lucky that I came out unscathed thus far. You will too! We just don't know what tomorrow will bring.

Good afternoon all,

I just got off phone with USCIS and they have my file. Yes, the K3 was in it and "Becky", the Asian lady whom everyone else thinks is horrible, will be forwarding the K3 to the NVC herself today, and I was told over the phone to check with the NVC again in about 2-3 weeks. This time, it should arrive there, so I will start checking the NVC again starting March 7. I am breathing a sigh of relief for now. At least the K3 was found. Will update you again when it makes it to the NVC.

Thank you everyone for your help and listening ears!

Deb

Hey amoro,

I didn't get the instruction for the affidavit of support either as part of the nvc letter. My wife did get all the forms when she received her packet 3 and 4. Not to worry, the form is I-864 which needs to be accompanied with I-134. You can download these forms from the www.uscis.gov website and send in the filled version to your spouse. Hope this helps.

hi socalwaiter,

you mean I will get these forms from American Embassy?

The NVC are sending my I-129F to the Embassy. And which form of the Affidavit of Support is required for the I-129F?

Or need I have both of them (I-864 and I-134) for the Embassy? (My I-130 is approved too, but they are sending only I-129F)

I am a little confused why they will send these forms to me?Actually my wife should fill out this form for me.

my another question is: what should I do, if her salary is very low for supporting me because we have two kids too.?

Or is it enough that she fills out these forms and send them to me?

thank you...

Good news everyone! On Thursday, February 21st, 2008, at approximately 4:00 PM in the afternoon, my wife was APPROVED for her visa at the Buenos Aires embassy! It was very simple, I did most of the talking, and because we've already been married for almost 2 years at this point, the consular officer pretty much didn't ask my wife any personal information about me. There was a couple before me where the guy, a naturalized US citizen, was really screwing up the his interview, but the officer ended up approving them anyway, so I thought we'd be a piece of cake. Only problem was the co-sponsor documents, but that got taken care of with a little explanation. We hope to head up to the states on Tuesday (passport pending), and finally I'll be home! Good luck to everyone else, try to have all the original documents available up front, but unless your interviewer is having a bad day there's little chance that you can be denied. Thanks to all VJ'ers that gave us advice and encouragement throughout the process!

One strange thing did happen, though....the consular officer told my wife that after entering the US she would wait three months to receive her green card. I don't know if he realized that we were applied for a K-3 entry visa, but if she DOES get it, hey, that's great, $1000 less to worry about!
