Fantastic C and J, congratulations.!! :dance:

YAYYYYYYYYYY C&J!!! Congrats!!

I called the NVC for the heck of it yesterday and found out they rec'd my I129F on 1/28 and already shipped it to the embassy on 1/30! I've been tracking it on the DHL site, it's in Belgium right now.. next stop... LAGOS!

Does anyone know if it is absolutely necessary to have my husband take the NOA2 AND a letter from the NVC to pick up packet 3 or is it ok if he shows up with just the NOA2 (which I got in the mail on 1/31)?

I had this issue with my wife going to pick packet# 3 and I called the embassy and asked this question they told me they need the NVC letter not the NOA2, NOA2 may be needed later at the interview as they go over the documents routinely.

Thank you for all the kind words and encouragement :D

:dance::dance::dance:I am approved :D :dance::dance::dance:

However, the lady did say something about taking a couple of days to be 100% approved (after they do a few last things) but I had all the paperwork that they required, paid for the visa and also paid for the delivery of my passport back to me. No RFE, nothing missing and it was so much easier than I imagined.

People really are right when they say it is an anti-climax for the UK interview. All being well, I will have my passport back with the visa in it within 5 working days :D

Good luck to everyone else still waiting :) I'll be doing an interview write-up either this evening or tomorrow :)

:dance::dance::dance:

C & J ... :dance: Congratulations :dance: .. I am so happy for you, you helped a lot people with your quick and great answers, we will never forget you, and G & A, and Urge

Wish all the happiness in your new life :D

Thanks wintime! Actually the letter came from the NVC really fast! I wonder why they move so much faster than USCIS, they're bogged down with cases too. Anyway thanks for your answer. I already sent both (via email) to my hubby so he's going to bring both, it wont hurt to have everything.

With Urge MIA at the moment (here's hoping he's ok and will let us know soon), I have gone through the posts since his last chart and created an update to let us all know where we are.

If I'm missing anyone is it probably because they have either posted their updates in other threads or filed in July or onwards.

NOTE: You may need to enlarge the chart twice because it wasn't playing nice when I tried to upload it (clicking "full size" only makes the chart about 85% of total size and, therefore, appears blurry until it is enlarged again - anyone know how to fix that?? :wacko: )

Those in Yellow are approved (sorted by interview date), those in green have an interview date (sorted by interview date) and those in white are still waiting for their interview to be scheduled (sorted by NOA2 date).

Best of luck for your wife's interview, Edp333, not much longer to wait now :D

Hi Cheryl,

I was just looking at your chart and I am missing off of the chart. I was approved on Jan. 9, 2008, and I am still waiting for my petition to be forwarded to the NVC. This week marks one month since approval, so if it doesn't show up sometime this week, I will be calling USCIS (God I really didn't want to talk to them anymore) to see if they have released my K3 petition. I see where it has taken some around a month to make it to NVC, so trying to be patient. So please add me to your chart.

Thanks,

Deb
