Hey Guys,

Granted that we all wanna stay in the positive but just a heads up on an article that Jaz showed me which corruption rears its ugly head. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=85478

Hi, I saw your signature ......are you guys goin for K3 or CR1?..........obviously CR1 since you paid DS-230. But my question is what are you guys going to do with medical and interview appointment for K3? We are at the same case as yours......we decided to ignore K3 ......and stick with CR1.

I will very much appreciate your reply

Don't be nervous!, calm down, be firm and think positive, make your answers short but enough to stop any follow up questions, and don't give more than needed, and I wish all the luck, and hopefully you will come with the wide smile on your face and a feeling that you want to fly like a bird and swim like a fish.

Congrats everyone!! Everyone is moving so fast now.. I'm still here waiting for my approval.. I'll get there slowly.. wish me good luck on February 21... that is the "ultimatum" date for me.. even if I lose, I am prepared to go back to China.. ... you know what happened today guys?? The senator office called me and said they received "9" of my faxes just recently and that they received it and there is no need to send more.. haha.. I finally annoyed the heck out of them.. This was Senator Feinstein's office.. she didn't help much.. she just sent a letter stating "security checks" are required for our country and there is no way to hurry them... HOWEVER, Senator Boxer's officer will come me look into the situation more.. but I have a date of 2/21/08.. so no need to send more faxes...

GOGO,,everybody here will pray for your approval, God hear
