Approved April/May/June Filers waiting for NVC

Ouch! Ok, your approvals were a few days after ours. Still.. the guy didn't have to be so rude.

Josh just phoned the NVC and spoke to a rather rude guy who only seemed interested in making Josh read the "it takes 90 days" part of the NOA2 to him

So no luck on NVC receiving our file today... i'm hoping it'll be in their system by the middle of next week... othwise i'll resign myself to the fact that ours will be in the nexr trailer

I just called the NVC and they said my I-129F was received 2 days ago. You and I were approved on the same day, Oct. 22nd!!!

Hi, congrats! Yep, approved same day, shipped to NVC in the same shipment.

Its great to see that the CSC to NVC time is coming back down. Anyone else from the mid/late October approval batch call in to NVC? edp333? There were a bunch. Here's hoping for more good news!

When I got back home tonight I called NCV and was told our petition has not arrived yet. The lady kept telling me it takes 2 to 4 weeks. Iheld my tongue, but felt like saying it is almost 3 weeks already. Do the math.

Congrats to the new approvals and the two who have their petitions received by NVC since I have been gone.

So far in this thread, we have Liz Leija(sept. NOA2), supernova (Oct 15 noa2), SilverFuel (Oct. 23 NOA2) already forwarded on to their embassies. Jordanluvr (Oct 22 NOA2), chabo (Oct 19 NOA2) and I (Oct. 22 NOA2) have our petitions at NVC, and have gotten our NVC/embassy case numbers, but they have not been forwarded. SilverFuel was NOA2ed a day after Jordanluvr and I, but managed to get to NVC 1 day before us (and SilverFuel was NOA2ed the same day as edp333 who is not at NVC yet).

Lets keep the trucks rolling into NVC and the DHLs rolling out!!

I have very good news. I just called the NVC and they sent the documents to the Consulate yesterday, so I am looking at a maximum of one month of waiting to finally be with my husband. I am so happy Thank to to the Lord.

l was approved in both petition l-130 and l-129F on november 8, finally after 232 days from filing.

It was a very long waiting.

Well l am very happy now because finally we can move with this process and l will be able to be with my husband soon.

Now how long do we have to wait until my papeworks get to NVC?

Finally l am in this thread, l hope is not as long as the other one.

Right now the wait to get to NVC is about two and half weeks (which is about 2-3 weeks better than the last batch of approvals). Good luck!

I got the email that NVC received my petition and it has been forwarded to USEMB in Lima as of 11/09/2007, so according to the USEMB, wife should get the packet within the next 7-10 days, F-I-N-A-L-L-Y!!!
