Happy new year to everyone! Congrats to everyone who has had some good progress over the holidays. Just wanted to give you all an update on my checklist situation. I emailed Vancouver and informed them of their mistake. They sent me the correct checklist via email on Dec 31st and I faxed it back to them the same day. I have my medical tomorrow....hoping to get an interview within the next two weeks...keeping everything crossed.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know that the embassy in Kuwait received our 129f petition yesterday January 2nd. The embassy called my husband Hassan and told him to be at the embassy on January 21st between 1:00 and 2:00 PM and I asked him is it for the interview or to pick up the packet and he said he thinks it is to pick up the packet but now I'm worried what if it is the interview date and he goes unprepared? :unsure: I called our lawyer and he said he will call Hassan and the embassy and find out. Alhamdulellah we have a wonderful lawyer who has been close by our sides through this whole process. (F) I will keep you guys posted when any more new information comes my way. Take care everyone and my prayers are with you all!!

My medical is tomorrow and I'm so nervous :wacko: I have to take the train into London and we are expecting snow at some point today... here's hoping it doesn't delay/cancel the trains :help: I will be so happy when it's over and done with :thumbs:

Still no interview date from London, which is really starting to make me think my February 20th flight won't happen :wacko:

Our petition have arrive at the US Consulate in Casablanca Morocco a few days ago. I recieved an email this morning that they have recieved our petition and current in the process of scheduling her appointment and send her packet to her. I'm so happy right now, things are moving very fast. As far as the issue with my wife last name, they have put her name in the system from what is shown on her passport.

I think it will soon because they have my RFE in the mailroom, just havent' entered it into their system and given it back to the adjudicator. Waiting on that. Will call again next week unless I get an email from CRIS stating they have resumed the case before then.
