The latest chart... There are 8 couples with interview dates. Congrats! I am still waiting on that info packet...... :unsure: What is taking the consulate soooo long.

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

01/09/2008 - finally, DOS gives me the interview date, April 16, 2007 (ouch)

04/16/2008 - interview date- APPROVED!!!!!

04/18/2008 - both of us are home at last, POE JFK!

05/21/2008 - sent AOS and EAD

05/27/2008 - received NOA1 for AOS and for EAD

06/02/2008 - received Biometrics appt letter

06/19/2008 - Biometrics appointment scheduled - DONE

06/19/2008 - both AOS and EAD touched because of biometrics

07/29/2008 - EAD approved.

05/13/2009 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!/ Card production ordered email

05/18/2009 - Welcome Letter received

06/12/2009 - Second card production ordered email

06/19/2009 - Approval notice send email

06/22/2009 - Green Card received

04/09/2012 - Applied for Citizenship by Express Mailing N400 to NBC

04/10/2012 - N400 received by USCIS

06/23/2012 - Biometrics appointment

07/27/2012 - Appointment scheduled for N400 interview

Hello again! I'm sorry for being "out" for such a long time...but i was very stressed with my papers. i'm so close to the finish line... i can't take it anymore :)

i just want to let you know that my medical exam is schedule for tomorrow .. December 07, 2007. Embassy from mt country told me that they will schedule my interview as soon as i have all the papers. i hope on Monday to have good news.

how's everybody?! happy? anyone need something ...from my experience?:)

Has anybody that was approved on Nov 15 from USCIS know if NVC got there petition?

yuuuuuuuupi!!! i'm fine! i'm fine! they said i'm ok... and i can get my medical results on Monday morning. next week i'll schedule my interview. wish me luck and please pray for me to get it before Xmas. :)

My husband finally spoke with someone from NVC.

They said that they have not received our case yet.

I do not think they will get our case until Christmas Day.... :crying:

Anyways, we will keep calling them every week. :devil:

Hi. I called the NVC today. Our petition was approved on Nov 15th, but they still have not received it.

Met online in 04/06.

Officially engaged on 12/12/06.

Flew for first time - heading to Lagos on 03/08/07.

Met in person on 03/09/07.

Married in Lagos, Nigeria on 03/15/07.

I-130 mailed 05/01/07.

I-130 receipt date: 05/03/07.

I-130 NOA1 date 05/25/07.

I-130 NOA2 date 11/15/07 APPROVED!!!!!

I-129F mailed 6/26/07.

I-129F receipt date: 06/28/07.

I-129 NOA1 date 07/03/07.

I-129F transferred from Missouri NBC to CA date: 07/03/07.

I-129F CA received date 07/24/07.

I-129F APPROVED 11/15/07!!!!!

I-129F petition received at NVC and case number generated 12/10/07 (got#on phone)

I-129F petition left NVC for embassy: 12/12/07 per call to NVC!!!

Letter sent from NVC on 12/13/07; received on 12/18/07

Picked up pkt 3 & 4 from embassy on 12/27/07.

Interview Date: 03/10/08 Approved!!!

It was exactly 30 days for NOA-2 to enter into NVC system !! :thumbs:

Long wait for both NOA-2 and arrive at the NVC !!!

I-130 for CR-1/CR-2 Timeline:

Married in Guangzhou, China 12-2006.

05/03/07: I-130's for CR-1 and CR-2 mailed to CSC via USPS

06/23/07: NOA-1/I-797C's.

11/06/07: NOA-2’s were issued. CR-1/2 Abandoned, for K-3/4.

06/11/07: I-129F for K-3/K-4 mailed to Chicago.

06/13/07: Received at Chicago.

11/06/07: NOA-2 approval issued for the I-129F.

12/06/07: I-129F for K-3/4 has been received at the NVC.

call them every day! they told my wife that they receive many cases (thousands). we called only twice! 2 days in row... maybe it was just luck, but you can try it!

Hello all,

Yesterday we had the medical exam in Bern, it took 2 hours for the three of us, everything was smooth and nice, x-ray done, shots done, need to pick up the enveloppe from the doctor before the interview, so far everything is ok. I still need pics for the interview, hope i will manage to have it done before the interview ..... My husband sent me copies of every form or notice for/from USCIS it will be here next week.

I still very stressed about the pics...

I will keep you updated next week.

Yep, I agree. No harm in calling NVC. I was lucky, they received it the day before I called the first time. But they do receive cases daily.

Anyways, we will keep calling them every week. :devil:
