hi everyone... Im having an amazing time here in Egypt with my Love.... I'm so sad to think the time is almost gone.. I pray so much that we all hear good news soon. I held a baby crocdile today in Aswan soooo cool.... peace hope everyone is well. doodle I hope that meeting and letter speed the journey

Does anyone else struggle with shoulder blade pain and bad posture and have any remedies?

Ive been looking at tools on amazon.com for posture. i dont know. ugh

A good support bra may help, if you are a graciously proportioned woman. I can always tell the difference in the level of upper back pain depending on the quality of undergarment I wear. I would also reccomend alternating hot and cold packs to help loosen things up and reduce swelling.

A good support bra may help, if you are a graciously proportioned woman. I can always tell the difference in the level of upper back pain depending on the quality of undergarment I wear. I would also reccomend alternating hot and cold packs to help loosen things up and reduce swelling.

You may have something similar to what I have, a shoulder impingement. It can be very painful, the thing I have done that has helped the most is to train myself to mouse with my left hand. Just that one change cut down my pain by at least 70%.

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

Hope everyone is doing well. My moms celabration of life was great on Saturday. So many people came and it was beautiful. It was the first time that all six of us siblings have been together in so many years. We where trying to remember when the last time was a figured about 10 years.

I am still trying to unwind from all of it.

Jul 24, 2006 Married in Amman, Jordan

Oct 11, 2006 I130 Approval Oct. 26, 2006 I129F Approval

Nov. 8, 2006 Recieved letter that I-129 was sent to Amman, Jordan

Dec 13, 2006 Recieved Package from Amman Embassy for K3 Intreview date Aug. 15,2007

Mar 05,2007 Embassy called interview scheduled for March 19th

Mar 19, 2007 Interview for K3- AP

May 20, 2007 Embassy called for Hasan to send in his passport!!!

May 24, 2007 Recieved Interview date of June 5th for CR1?

June 05, 2007 Interviewed and she said he was approved, kept passport and said will recieve in 4 days.

June 12, 2007 VISA IN HAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so heavily right handed I cant imagine mousing left handed. but yes, i think you are right because the pain is mostly in my right shoulder blade. I hold all of my stress in my neck and back and i get stressed about everything. ugh. maybe ill keep trying with the left

When I get shoulder blade pain I lay on my back and put an ice pack underneath the area that hurts. Normally it's due to inflammation and the ice makes the swelling go down. To prevent it though, I agree that a good supportive bra can help. :thumbs:
