So I'm here at the computer lab researching those papers I was telling you about and I got onto the topic of World Religions. Man there are alot.

UGH, How did it get to be Monday already? This gives me only two more days to get things in order for my husbands arrival. Think I'd better get off the computer and into the laundry room? LOL

I just got up like 10 minutes ago...if I were to arrive to work on time I'd have to leave in 4

and I still need to shower

Hubby is off today so once the kids are off to school I'm hanging a DO NOT DISTURB sign up on the door! Sometime today I have to go look for my desk that I will live at while at the clinic. Hopefully we can have all th efurniture in by the end of the week.

I'm dragging today and need an iv of coffee since I stayed up to watch the game.

My husband wants to run a farm when he gets here.

Jackie-- I ended up being 20 minutes late, but that's because I couldn't find my gloves or my windshield scraper, had to scrape the windshield, and THEN my car had a problem at an intersection and couldn't go any faster than 10 mph until I pulled over, put it in park and put it back in drive......

I think the next thing to go on my car will be the transmission because it's been bucking stupid lately when it goes to change gears but it's not a constant thing so every time I take it to the mechanic they can't replicate it

Stupid car. I will never ever buy a car that's not as old as me ever again. LOL My last car never gave me these kinds of problems...till its front driver's side wheel fell off. I was 2 hours late for work that day

Doodle-- milking a cow isn't so bad....lol also I fed a baby cow with a large milk bottle before, it was soooooooo cute..... note I only did these things once but that's because the town I grew up in used to have more cows than people (not anymore, now subdivisions with McMansions replaced the cows )

Today must be car problem today. Here is my story. I have a 1998 Diesel VW Jetta - great car, good mileage but when things go wrong they go realyl wrong. So Thursday I go out to start the car it's dead -ok no problem got it jumped and worked fine the rest of the day. Friday - Dead again, jumped again, drop off Khalil at babysitter, go to start it dead. Great. Get to work, shut it off, try to turn it on - and oh it's dead again. Now I know it's an issue. SO get jumped before I left work, get baby, get husband (w/out shutting it off) go to get a new battery - 6:30 Friday night everything is closed. Ok so I go home. Rained all day Saturday so I didn't even leave the house. Sunday I go to try again can't even get it to turn over. Sooo this morning I find someone to jump me the darn thing won't even turn. There are 4 garages within walking distance and yet I had to call a truck to tow me (mind you this is ME and the baby) - get towed, walk to the garage (a good 3/4mile) tell them what's up and they say "Ok we'll call you and let you know what we find". So now it's 10:30, can't get Khalil to the babysitter without taking 3 buses to get there, and can't go into work. I am livid let's just say that. Anyway I'm going to put him down and try to get some work done here from home. I'll let you know - I swear it better not be the alternator. I'm looking at a 2003 Saturn Vue as a new vehicle (I'm done with the jetta). Anybody got one? Or a suggestion for a nice smaller SUV type vehicle?? Good on mileage and easy to handle in the city (ie parallel park LOL)???
