Rocky Horror Picture Show

Okay, showing my age here, but we would go to The Roxy in Toronto when it became an "interactive" movie. Everyone would dress up and go on stage and dance to the Time Warp. We'd bring toast to throw in the air when they were at dinner at the part where Dr. Frank-N-Furter would say "A Toast!" We'd also throw confetti during the wedding ceremony. There was also a scene where people would throw toilet paper but I can't recall why that was. Good times.

As to the original question, I love....

Steel Magnolias

Amadeus

Fargo

City of Angels

Cos the teacher's/Eddie's uncle's name was Dr. Scott. You were supposed to throw Scott brand toilet paper when Frank says, "*gasp!* Dr. Scott!"

I'd also like to add that when you see RHPS or RHS here in South Texas, instead of toast, people throw tortillas  they are more aerodynamic! You haven't lived till you've been smacked in the back of the head with a fajita wrap in a movie theater and think it's the damn funniest thing ever. :D

I saw RHS in Leeds last spring and I was shocked that everyone behaved! (no shouting from the audience, no thrown items) it was surreal!

Life long Texan, living in Hull, UK. How did this happen?

14 December - ENGAGED! <3

1 March- I fly off to see my babe in Hull

4 April - I go home :(

9 October - He comes back to Texas!!!!

13 October - WEDDING!!!

22 October - He goes back to England and I continue to wait for my settlement visa.

13 December 2007 - Move to England

Now the wait begins, I will become a citizen then we will DFC back to the US.

Princess Bride

Dirty Dancing

Moll Flanders (the one with the same chick as in Princess Bride)

The Last Mohican

The BBC 5 hour version of Pride and Prejudice

Anne of green Gables

ooh good one! I just recently ordered that on Amazon! A great addition to any movie library!

Yeah, I think I spent $60 for the 6 video special edition way back when it first came out. I can't believe how many times I've watched it. Much better then the new one that had Kiera Knightley in it.

You may be upset to know I got it for $20 and free shipping.

And Colin Firth is absolutely perfect as Darcy!

I loved the mini series... yeah, the Kiera Knightly version sucks compared to it..

Colin Firth is Darcy and Darcy is Colin Firth..... it is strange seeing anyone else playing that role...

Even Bridget Jones said so, Darcy is Firth, and Firth is Darcy. He's so sexy in that role! The other day I was talking to mom on skype and she said she was watching Nanny McPhee and I said "Oh, with sex Colin Firth?" and mom was "What? He's not sexy!" and I said "That's 'cus you haven't seen him as Mr. Darcy". :P

To my list I have to add Monty Python and the Holy Grail as well, and also Somewhere in Time.
