In the intructions for what my wife should bring to her CR1 interview, it states: 'proof of joint property ownership and/or joint financial obligations'

What have you and others used for this, because currently I only have my wife as primary beneficiary on my IRA, and primary beneficiary in my will, my bank won't let me add her without her being here. What other things can i add her too....quickly. Or is this good enough.

Thanks,

Martin

 I think you are all set. All of them are good enough evidence since you have no other things to show as proof. In my case, he will be bringing with him our son's birth certificate, mariage certificate, our joint bank account with BDO, his medical ID card that I have added him in, legal documents that I have noted him as the main beneficiary and legal guardian for underage child... that's about it I guess. Oh yeah, he has my US bank card (HSBC) that authorizes him to use it in Manila. Edited by RandyandRina
