I also find it quite annoying, and somewhat concerning. You do your level best to abide by the rules, follow the instructions on the forms because you want everything to be correct, then it's only through reading the gems of info in places like VJ that you find out how to give yourself the best possible chance of getting a visa and not into AR. There seem to be so many questions about I-134, and the answers DO differ per country... perhaps we should figure out a way of creating a table in the guides which shows the specifics needed for each country? Not sure how to go about it... ideas anyone?

25th May 07 - Sent I-129F to TSC

17th December 07 - Interview- APPROVED! :)

17th May 08 - Got married!!!!! :)

18th June 08 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

3rd October 08 - Green card in hand!!

26th August 10 - Sent I-751 to VSC

31st August 10 - NOA1 from VSC

10th January 11 - I-751 approved!

14th January 11 - 10-year green card in hand!!

22nd April 23 - N400 submitted online; NOA available in USCIS account immediately
6th November 23 - Interview; approval same day
28th November 23 - Oath ceremony scheduled

hahaha...me too I don't want to get stressed

since I am so OC about this I will be including the following with my filled up notarized I-134 with:

1.)bank statement (acnt. opened, amount deposited the past year, present balance)

2.)the past 3 years ITRs as a self employed (1040, tax transcripts, W2 or 1099)

3.) copies of my real estates.....papers with regard to my life insurance

4.) is it okay if I don't have a bond or stock????

whew so stressful..uhmm i will just prepare everything that she might need during her interview....

dec. 5, 2007-called NVC our case in not there...!!they requested us to mail to Nvc photocopy of NOA2

dec.10, 2007-received an email from nvc they sent our case to US embassy manila

dec.12, 2007- received NVC hard copy with MNL case # dated dec. 10, 2007

february 11, 2008=visa issued upon callin embassy..visa delivery within this week

february 12, 2008=8:30 am: received VISA from delbros

April 11, 2008=O' Hare international Airport (Chicago)

April 25, 2008= Civil Wedding Chicago

May 16, 2008=USCIS received AOS packet

May 21, 2008= 3 NOAs' for AOS, EAD, Travel Document

May 29, 2008= NOA for biometrics both for AOS and EAD

June 6, 2008= Received SSN Card

June 12, 2008= Biometrics in Broadway Chicago

June 17, 2008= Illinois State Identification Card in Hand

June 20, 2008= RFE

July 11, 2008= GOT PREGNANT>>>we are so happy tough I have no insurance yet...grrrrrrrrr

July 16, 2008=USCIS received RFE and case resumed

July 16, 2008= 100% written passed driving test. got driving license

October 2,2008= Case Status Online,,Travel Document Approved and EAD card Produced

what if my fiance has a very low income??? no assets! what would be a supporting documents???? im so stress bout this showing of low income could be a refusal of my visa during interview??? if bank deposit is one of the requirement of low income how much should be deposited in his bank???? please give some idea guys!! im so worried.
