This June 2008 will be 2 years since we meet

We meet last June in 06 in Hong Kong and filed this September 07 since things are really dragging to get NOA2 it looks like it might be the end of this year or beginning of next year to get NOA2 and the package to be sent to the American Consulate in Hong Kong

If it ever happens to drags to receive interview at the American Consulate and just happens to be In June with the Consulate would consider the way the USCIS is having a difficult time to process

So my worst scenario is will the Consulate denied Visa if it a week or two since we meet or take into consideration the process time are real slow

The 2 year meeting requirement is only considered from the date you filed. But to provide more evidence of a relationship, another meeting might be a good idea.

Same as above, you're in the clear as long as you've met within 2 years of filing the petition. It might be helpful to squeeze in another visit before the interview to help you build up additional evidence. Good luck!

Forget the two year requirement. You already met it when you filed the petition. Your problem now is proving a bona fide ongoing relationship. If you haven't seen her it two years, I wouldn't count on a visa.
