Perhaps your I-864 package should also contain, um, the I-864 (I assume you meant that by the first mention of the I-94 in section "B")? Also, did you make the conscious decision to exclude the application for AP, or is that another omission?

Liam - First of all I would pull that police certificate out. Don't give them what they don't need.

Your NOA2 for the I-129 needs to go in each of the packages.

You need 2 passport size photos for each of the packages.

You only need submit the most recent (2005) tax return unless she is self employed. 3 tax returns are not required for new submissions (I believe effective November 1).

If you can wait till morning I will check my package copies and give you a better run down. It's late here and we just got in and I'm tired.

OK Liam, here are Wes' cover sheet lists for AOS and EAD. This is the info we sent and we received no RFE's.

AOS

Check $395.

Form I-485

Copy of passport, including biographical and entry pages.

Copy of K-1 from passport and entry page.

Copy of I-94 (front and back).

Copy of NOA2 from K1.

Copy of birth certificate.

Certified copy of birth certificate.

Certified copy of marriage certificate.

Certified copy of wife's divorce decree.

2 passport photos.

Form G-325A.

Form DS-3025 (vac worksheet)

Form I-693A (vac supplement)

YOU DON'T NEED A G-325A for Lisa - only for you.

EAD:

Check $180

Form I-765

2 passport photos

Copy of K-1 Visa and entry page

Copy of Form I-94 (front and back)

Copy of form I-485 (to prove concurrent filing)

Here's the checklist for AP if anybody needs it:

Check $170

Form I-131

Copy of passport including ID page and entry pages

Copy of K-1 from passport and entry pages

Copy of NOA2 from K-1

Copy of I-94 from K-1 entry (front and back)

2 passport photos

Copy of I-485 (to prove concurrent filing)

You will notice that we sent certified original copies of Wes birth cert, our marriage certificate and my divorce decree, rather than photocopies of them. I believe this goes against the grain of common wisdom on VJ to send originals of these documents as sometimes they get 'lost' and if you need new ones at the interview, you will be screwed. However we had several certified originals so we chose to do it this way.

Of course the Affidavit of Support goes with the AOS package. I didn't list it.

Rebecca,

You say we only need the most recent 2005 tax returns? I thought we needed all three for the I-864 Affidavit of Support...so I ordered my tax transcripts. :crying:

You only need one tax return now. They changed the requirements last fall. Unless you are self-employed, of course.
