Hey,

I have finally put all the stuff together for the AOS and i have been left with a few thing's left over.

I have a Copy of my Passport with Entry stamps( not copy of Visa) Also i had left over a Copy of wife's Divorce. I have checked and checked all the forms and i can't see anywhere where these thing's were meant to go. I am not applying for the I-131. If anyone could shed any light on this for me it would be a massive help to not only my AOS application, but also to my Sanity..lol

Thanks Liam

You don't need to send a copy of entry stamps. You do need to send the copy of the visa page and the copy of I-94 (front and back). I'm not sure about the divorce papers, you probably need to send certified copies of whatever divorce documents you have, but I have no expirience with that myself, so I don't know.

It doesn't ask for the divorce papers but people have included copies anyway. Just make sure you bring them to the interview.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

I included the POE entry stamp - page copy and just listed it as one of the items on my cover letter (just to cover all bases if they needed to see it.) I would suggest doing the same with the copy of wife's divorce decree. Good Luck

We also sent divorce certification and placed it after the marriage certificate - I thought they asked for proof of previous marriages being terminated.

We also copied the entry stamp, I94 and visa pages.

Congrats on the wedding.
