Good Morning!

I got up about an hour ago. Made a egg casserole bake dish and a cherry coffee cake for my hubby. He had to work overtime last night and will be arriving home shortly!

What a beautiful day here! Sunny pretty fall day!

I loved the way the chicken soup smelled the house up last weekend so we're doin' it again. Chicken's in the pot boiling. Never knew something so simple and cheap could make two tweens so happy in their tummies. :luv:

I'm really getting shocked at my foodbill. I just calculated how much I spend on food per week over the last month and it's averaging $250/week. :huh: I used to *maybe* spend $150/week. I have no idea what is happening other than my kids going through a growth spurt. We go through 2 BIG bags of apples, 2 BIG bags of oranges and 2 BIG bags of pears each week. And that's with there being NONE left at the end of the week. :o

Today is lightbulb replacement day. I have at least one bulb out in each room. I hate lightbulb replacement day 'cause I have to stand on a chair and try not to fall down while figuring out how to get at the dang bulb thingies. :crying:

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/05/07 - I-130 NOA1

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Good morning everyone!

It's just another day at the office for me, but I'm thinking about sneaking over to the pastry dept. soon for a cookie :)

Me too! Just last month I finally put in lightbulbs in my bedroom. I was just using a standing lamp and decided that was good enough... :whistle:

ugg lightbulbs. I had a light out in my garage for over a year! After dark = no entry! It was a high ceiling and couldn't reach it to change it (even if I would have had the motivation to try) Changing light bulbs is so annoying!

Today..hum... no clue what to do other than stay positive and keep my friends/family all in good spirits.

Have only heard from 1 this weekend, hope everyone is ok

mmmm that chicken soup sounds delicious...you share some soup, i'll share some choc chip cookies i just made?? lol....yes and light bulbs i need to do that and yes my downstairs is completely dark...makes doing laundry at night....mighty tricky...hahaha....I 2nd the vote for good news this week!!! oh and charles glad ur back online....sounds like a great time...not....

Happy Chicago Bear Sunday! The game is on now and I haven't seen a customer for over an hour. Go Bear's! Downloading music to entertain myself. Every season is like this, if there is a 3pm game, there might be some business. A noon game, means you could hear a pin drop at work.

I have GOT to stop drinking those pumpkin lattes from Dunkin. I would have to stay at Curves for 4 hours to work off that latte. I am rethinking joining Curves after my free 2 weeks. I read that it gets boring and not good results. Any Curves members here?

Hey Jackie...I took a break from Curves...however I was a member for 4 years or so.....I think the results are based on the efforts...you can work the machines as hard or easy as you want....that is what i have found....I use to try to do different steps on the recovery pads to keep myself interested.....good luck! - Melinda

Todays project: Design a ceramic tile backsplash for this kitchen, doing something creative over the stove area. I am thinking 8x12 wall tile and a 1x1 mosiac in the center. Wish me luck, the paperwork to order it is due in ....3 hours.

I have a SecondLife halloween party to attend in one hour. hmmmmm SL or backsplash?.....gotta go love me a mummy.
