I have a past criminal record and I wonder if this will result in a denial in our application :crying: . We have children together and they are in need of medical care as well. I wonder do all of these situations have any bearing on our case? I wonder do i need to hire a immigration attorney or not. The i-130 and the I-129F both have been filed should I withdraw my applications and do DCF or wait out the current process. PLEASE PLEASE HELP. :crying: I don't know what to do this process is long and I need my wife and kids.

I am the USC :crying:

I do live in the country with my wife but I was told at first that I had to file the paperwork in the US now I am being told I could do it at the embassy. I went to the embassy and they said I could but I would have to close my case in the states in writing before I can apply there we wonder should we do that and start all over. PLEASE ADVISE
