It sure does give me a migraine, all this waiting.

July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well, they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit, nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !

I'm not "old" and I had the same idea. Wasn't exactly sure why she chose that word but I see maybe she didn't mean it the way I've always heard it used.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Once in a while I would get sad. But only when I was the only single person out with other couples at an event and would think "Gee, I wish I had someone special to share this with." Other than that, I'd just have fun because I viewed each person in the couple as a friend, and not the two of them combined as one single friend. (did I just lose people? )

Didn't lose me! Makes perfect sense. I feel the same way. I like all of my friends' partners and they never make me feel left out but I do feel sorry for Alex when I tell him about my evening and he's been stuck at home, bored, and hasn't been able to join in with me.

nope, as longs as couples weren't sitting there making out and groping each other, I don't remember feeling like much of a third, fifth, seventh wheel. I think I was more lonely at home, not having someone to cuddle up with.
