Dont forget to do a cover letter and contents page, also you can apply for AP it's all in the fee, if you have anything in joint names at the moment I would send them copies of that also, i.e. rental leases, utility bills, car registration in both names, bank accounts.

I sent as much eveidence as I could with my package, when it came time for my interview, all I was asked for was I-94, passport, spouse, a letter from employer and photo's, although I took a copy of everything with me plus originals.

AP is advanced parole. No need with a K3 visa.

quote ricky

I would send them copies of that also, i.e. rental leases, utility bills, car registration in both names, bank accounts.

Life insurance policy, wedding pictures if you didn't submit a bunch at the embassy interview.

My wife was K3 and the IO at the AOS checked out and questioned us about the wedding pictures that had been taken over a year before. They were in the packet from the embassy tho.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
