Hello Everyone,

I'm David, and a newbie to the forum. I have received NOA2 on October 18, 2007, and I'm in the process of preparing the required paperwork for the next process. I'm the petitioner (USC) and she is the beneficiary (Vietnamese).

I understand that we (my wife and I) will be submitting more paperwork and fees to NVC in the near future. Can anyone please provide guidance with this process? I understand that my wife will need to fill out form DS-230 part I, and submit it to NVC in the future. Is this the package 3? What is package 3 and its contents? Thank you in advance for your time and help.

David

Go to this website: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/ty...types_2991.html This website have a lot of answers to your questions.

The first thing you gonna get from the NVC is a $70 dollars processing fee and the directions to what you have to do and then they gonna send your wife a Choice of Agent and Address form to fill out and send it back to them. After that they'll send you the directions to download form I-864 the Affidavit of Support. Fill out and send back to them. Your wife or the Agent that was selected should get packet 3 after you get all those done. GOOD LUCK!
