i got alot of touches..very recently...it resulted in a RFE request for the petitioners pictures...i mailed it out the day after...how long do u think it will take us now before... getting approved...give me realistic answer..dont tell me the process start over....i would love someone who went thru the similar situation...shed some light on my dilema on a timeline

Hi there, i also got RFE and they said that process has resumed. My man called them this week to find out our status and they said that we are still within 30 days but on their letter they were talking about 60 days so i dont really know how long its gone take them but after 30 days we will call again.

Don't worry too much trulo....

The RFEs are reviewed fairly quickly, and the case will resume where it left off... just look at my timeline below.

you will NOT have to start over :)
