Embessy put my husband on AP two times

Hello everyone.

After 5 months of waiting for AP to finish, finely the embassy contacted my husband to send his passport to issue a vise. After three weeks my husband gets a call to pick up his passport. When my husband open up the passport, he found out are case been send again for additional AP. His anyone been send 2 times for AP???? Does anyone know how long does the second AP take???????? I hope from God it does not take another 5 month. Please help me if you know anything.

Hello Huda. My husband was put on AP twice. He was given his interview on August 7, 2007 and then put on AP. On Sept 23, 2007 the Embassy in Amman asked him for his passport to return it two days later with a letter saying that he needs more Administrative Processing and that will take an additional three months. I sent an email to the embassy asking them why it is taking so long. A few days after returning his passport the asked him to return it to them again. On October 1, 2007 he was issued his visa. He entered the US on October 15, 2007 and I just want to let you know that I am going to be praying for you both. I will be glad to give you my email so we can chat if you like. Take care. I just want to let you know how long I been waiting and what the embassy put me through. After waiting one year for are interview date, the embassy tells us that are case been send to Athens, and I still don't know the reason it been send to Athens. After waiting 2 month the embassy tells us that we have a new interview date which is on May 31 of 2007. My husband goes to interview thinking everything he will be issued a vise but instead they tell him are case been put on AP. After waiting 5 months the embassy ask my husband to send his passport to be issued a vise. We wait 3 weeks then the embassy returns his passport telling us are case must go another AP. I applied for K3 since April 4 of 2006. It has been one year and 7 month. It is not fair that I wait that long. I really think that the embassy is not doing their job. While we wait for a year or two the worker at the embassy sit around chatting and taking their time as if we are not human being with a life and ever day count. I am incredibly mad and so so sad to see my life pass me by without my husband. I have lost my job and quite school because I keep going back and forth to see my husband. I don't even know the meaning of happiness anymore. I don't think this will be ever over. The big problem in all this is my husband is not from Jordan and the Jordanians want him to leave because his visa his expired and once he leave Jordan he will not be allowed in. I think by the time this will be over I will loose my mind.

i am under AP last 1 year and one month still they did not cal me for any thing and also my passport in embassy .

but you should call DOS every week on this number DOS Number ==202 663 1225 (press 1, 0)

hope you will be out of stupid AP soon
