I have seen it all at Walmart 7 1/2 yrs as a manager and up on the front end...

last night we had our usual once a month crazy woman come in there... she has something seriously wrong with her but i dont know what its called other than insanity... i am sure there is something medically wrong though...

she picks up trash up off the floor and puts it on the cashiers registers one piece at a time and watches it

she takes her items out of her shopping cart one at a time VERY slowly and tells all the customers to get away from her bcz she will be there for a LONG time. The cashiers always have to turn off their light so no one else comes in behind that woman. The woman wants to see one item at a time slowly scanned and then handed back to her to re examine to make sure "its ok" and then she looks at the price and thinks about it... (having 100+ items) this gets very unbareable and dramatic

she had roaches crawling out of her purse last night and she set her purse on the register belt and the roaches came out onto the register and she smashed them and smiled... *Tams note : this is insanity! AND Disgusting!

Then... she goes off on any one and everyone around her when they look in disbelief and she will tell u she is crazyy... but hey... this is WALMART for u... what can we do???? she needs to be in a hospital... im afraid to see where her house is and whats in it ! I cringe when I see her and I feel bad for the cashier that gets her... Trust me though I am never far away and I always have to get higher Mgmnt around bcz of her insanity. . .

Have you guys ever attempted to get that ole' lady some help? I mean, she got roaches coming out of her purse? C'mon, she needs help and you folks know it. Find some way to get her help - your Wal-Mart might be her sole contact to the outside world. Don't you all feel a bit of responsibility there?
