help with new AOS package

can somebody give me the requiremnts for AOS with the new fee increase..cos im not really familiar with this.im judt trying to help someone i know who will be filing here AOS Soon.

and also does she need to include her daughter when filing for AOS,she was born in the philippines ang got a bluepassport.

Requirements did not change only the fee was increesed.

Now you dont have to par extra for EAD or AP, they are a part of the new $1010 fee, so you may as well file for EAD with the AOS, and if you are a visa type other than K-3 you may file for AP if you plan on international travel while waiting for AOS.

By "Blue passport" do you mean US Passport? Is daughter a US Citizen? If so the daughter needs to be listed as child is all, the daughter is NOT adjusting status.

wow tnx for the fast reply..the child is her fiancees daughter,she was born in philippines and was regestered to US embassy thats why she got a bluepassprt(US) as what they call it their in philippines if im not mistaken.so the child doesnt need to be inluded in the AOS package anymore?

So daughter is a US Citizen.

B. List your present husband/wife, all of your sons and daughters

Daughter is listed on the I-485, even if daughter is a US Citizen, The daughter is not adjusting status, but still needs to be listed on the form. Edited October 25, 2007 by YuAndDan
