I have been trying to research the fees that will be coming due with the next batch of forms and when I came across this chart of fees I started to wonder just how many fees would be due. It appears the IV fees are paid twice (IV application and IV proccessing). Here is the link if any one can tell me what this all means for a CR-1 VISA.

 yup those are the fees.

the only additional one that i can think of that is required is the VFS courier fee you will have to pay when you drop off docs before the interview but this is a minimal amount (Rs. 365, i believe). anyway this is related to the interview and not the application.

For the home phone and work phone write the whole number It is like how you call your wife from here country city area code and the phone number.

And one more thing, don't leave the work number blank even if she doesn't have one. say "none" if there is no work number. If she does have one, then write the whole thing.

again Never leave anything blank.

Ok so you didn't use the 011 for country code on your DS-230 'RandyandRina'? I mean like this (011632555-1212) Please advise me because I don't want to get slowed down and another things. Do I have to write N/A for is her parents are dead since they are not and still alive?

NO, you don't need the (US) international access code 011 (63 is the country code for the Philippines). Write the same way I did on my previous comments and you will be ok. That's how I did with my hubby's.

Sample # 011 63 2 555-1212

where:

011- US international access code

63- country code for the Philippines

2- city code for Manila

Yes, it's the same thing  When filling out your forms, especially with the immigration process, they want to see consistency. So make sure that all your answers on each forms are all the same, unless there are changes.

Good luck on your journey!
