AOS Interview - Taxes, g325a, etc

Hi,

We are getting things ready for the AOS interview. They say we don't need to bring in another I-834 Affadavit of support, or medical if we already submitted it, which we did with the I-129. It has been less than a year. Also we filed the I-834 with the AOS application. So that is very updated. However, I now have the newest Taxes, which I will take with me. I will also take updated paystubs. I guess my main question is should I take an updated I-834 Affadavit of Support. It seems not neccessary, but I hate that they are never clear about anything until they actually speak to you one on one. If you have been to an interview, please let me know how it works. Also, I noticed some people report their entire interview process online, if you have links to those, please past those in a reply as well.

I would get a new I-864 Affadavit of Support and employment letter. The form is just too easy not to do.

New medical? No... but did you submit a vaccination supplement with your AOS paperwork? If not then take it to the interview.

Are all adjustment of status applicants required to have a medical examination?

Most applicants for adjustment of status are required to have a medical examination. The medical examination must be conducted by a civil surgeon who has been designated by the USCIS. The examination must be documented using Form I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status.

EXCEPTIONS:

2. Ks: If you were admitted to the United States as a fiance(e) (K-1), child of a fiance(e) (K-2), Spouse of a U.S. citizen (K-3), or child of K-3 (K-4), and received a medical examination prior to admission, then you do not require another medical examination as long as your application for adjustment of status (Form I-485) is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination. You will, however, be required to submit a vaccination supplement with our adjustment of status application. The vaccination supplement must be completed by a designated civil surgeon.

yeah, do another one, it's so easy. do take the newest taxes, definitely. and copies.

and employment letter was v. important at our interview.

so yeah, i basically just said the same thing the person above said.
