Then I would like to wish you a very, very happy birthday! After all, it only comes once a year (unless you were born on February 29 in which case I would like to congratulate you for your upcoming birthday in 2008!), so let's break open the champagne bottles (or vodka, or beer, or whatever floats your boat) and party!
