K1 and K2 visas

Good day. My question is addressed to couples who went thru the K1 and K2 visa application:

My cousin and her two daughters had their interview at the USEM last October 5 but until now they have not yet received their visas although they paid DELBROS. Is it possible that they are under AR or do K1 with K2 applications take longer to get a visa after interview considering that there are children involved?

I have read threads of K1 and K2 applicants here who had the same interview with me last September 11 and they got their visas less than 10 days from interview.

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

Has she tried calling the embassy to find out about their case? Isn't it that Delbros has a number that they can call to track their visas if it has already been sent out? Your best bet is to follow up with the Embassy in Manila as they know what happened to that.
