If you're looking for a way attack the Bush administration, there are a lot of things to criticise them for that they certainly have done, as I see it there's little need to look for secret conspiracies and cover-ups about things that may not have happened.

Personally for someone who seems as clueless about the issues as GWB is, , it seems laughable that his administration could somehow be behind a James Bond style world domination plot.
