We mailed our I-824 on Monday, to the address found on the website for the Texas, certified, and when I checked the tracking today I get the following:

=================================

We attempted to deliver your item at 12:28 PM on October 24, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Now, the darn thing went to a PO Box. How can the above message make sense?

Anyone had that before?

Here is the address, cut and pasted from the USCIS website:

------------------------------

I-824:

USCIS/TSC

PO Box 851182

Mesquite, TX 75185-1182

-------------------------------

Thanks,

Michael

This is a standard USPS tracking message that happens all the time, it means the mail arrived at the post office after the mail for the day has been picked up by USCIS, wait a day or so, and it will show received.

This is a common post on VJ.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

They will pick it up eventually, depends on how often they go to the post office.
