The Infopass officer stated I passed name check and I should have my EAD right away. It has been 2.5 weeks since I went in and I am getting nervous. Not to mention we are 20 days past due on the 90 day time limit. If we infopass again do you think it will do any good or will it be a waste of time?

I would wait until its been 30 days. I think I've seen a VJ post where someone else was over processing times, they followed up with USCIS and were told to give it another 30 days. Just 10 more to go. But if you have a USCIS office near by, it might give you some peace of mind to go.
