Hey all I just wanted to get some of your opinions about your estimated adjudicated of approval for K-1 visa. I now they move up and down, but if you've gotten your approval how right was the estimated time??? I've been waiting 154 days for my K-1 through CSC, and my date says Oct. 30th Let me know what yours was. Thanks! :thumbs:

I know that I got mine earlier than the estimated date here on VJ but I don't remember by how much. A few days I think.

Remember, the dates here are just estimates given what VJers put in their timelines.

I got mine earlier - 2 weeks probably - than the estimated adjudication. I was hoping to get approved second week of March but the approval came end of Feb. Sorry you've been waiting so long... Hang in there!

Thank you, hopefully it's just around the corner. Maybe today. Now the real trick is....how can we get CSC to forward the mail to NVC quicker....well we'll see how things go...anyone else have some dates to throw out????

I'll let ya know since I'm still waiting too! Right now its estimated to be 12 Dec. I sure hope its sooner though! Not looking to good with VSC though, so I suspect it will be a bit later than that.

good luck to you with a speedy approval, I'm thinking that by then your case will have no problems being forwarded. By then they should have slowed down. Lets hope so.

Our estimated date was pretty accurate! We got our approval 5 days earlier. It changed a couple of times during the process.. though, but the last one I remember was 5 days away from our approval.

APPLIED FOR NATURALIZATION 07/2021

08.01.2011 - I-751 SENT

08.05.2011 - Check cashed

08.08.2011- NOA Received

08.19.2011 - Biometrics Letter Received

09.12.2011 - Biometrics Appointment

01.27.2012 - Card production ordered

02.01.2012 - 10 year GC Received

07.25.2021 - N400 filed online

08.09.2021- Biometrics re-use notice

04.18.2022- Interview done at Minneapolis USCIS Local Office   ✔️ Received N-652 "Congratulations your application has been recommended for approval" during the interview.

05.19.2022- Oath Ceremony in MN

Initial estimate was sometime end of August then slowly creeped into September and then October...but right before the approval came thro' it said early November..

Mom sponsoring for her son(my brother)

06/23/2010 : Check Cashed
06/26/2010 : Received NOA
03/20/2012 : Received RFE(I-797E)
05/23/2012: Application approved after RFE response
06/29/2012: Received letter from NVC

06/03/2015: Change petition from F1 to F3 category

when i got towards the end, about a month or so it stayed around August 11-12 and i got my approval august 10th. it was pretty much spot-on.

K1 Timeline!

I-129F Sent - May 9, 2007

Recieved hard copy NOA1 - May 19, 2007

NOA2 !!! - August 10, 2007

Interview scheduled for Nov 6th, 2007 APPROVED weeee

Entry 11/24/07

Marriage: 1/14/08

Notice Date for I-485, I-765, and I-131 - 1/30/2008

Medical appointment 1/31/09. husband loses RFE paper same day.

New RFE paper requested on 2/4/09.

New RFE paper received 2/28/09..gee good thing that RFE isnt due til beginning of April!!!!!!

Send RFE reply 3/3/08

EAD Approval was NOT updated online. We had an infopass meeting for 3/6 and then the EAD shows up in the mail on 3/5!!!! cancelled appointment,

all i have to say is #######.

The VJ estimate steadily crept up through October and finally hit Nov 1st before settling back to 31st Oct. We got NOA2 (from CSC) on Oct 17th so about 2 weeks earlier than the VJ estimate. Hang in there, it's coming! :)

18th June 08 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

3rd October 08 - Green card in hand!!

26th August 10 - Sent I-751 to VSC

31st August 10 - NOA1 from VSC

10th January 11 - I-751 approved!

14th January 11 - 10-year green card in hand!!

22nd April 23 - N400 submitted online; NOA available in USCIS account immediately
6th November 23 - Interview; approval same day
28th November 23 - Oath ceremony scheduled
