Holiday Schedule for local offices?

Since my husband and I will be out of state for both Thanksgiving and Xmas, anybody happen to know the holiday schedule for USCIS? I'm afraid we'll get scheduled in for an interview on Xmas eve or something.

Our Story:

Jan 2003 moved to Campeche, met Edgar three weeks later

K-1

Dec 2006 filed I-129f

July 12 WE FINALLY GOT MARRIED!!

AOS/EAD/AP:

July 2007 sent in AOS paperwork

Dec 6 CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!

ROC:

Sept 5th 2009 Applied for Removal of Conditions

Sept 14th NOA I-797C

Oct 7th Biometrics Appt

Timeline

I'm not sure what days do the local offices have holidays, but I'm sure the scheduling for interview does not come fast enough after you get the interview letter, it may take between 1-2 months after the letter and come-in interview. So, if i were you i would not worry about it, and just enjoy the holidays! :star:

The Feds usually have 12 holidays a year. I work for a county agency and we will have November 12 off then Thanksgiving and the day after and Christmas new New Years. I would assume the Feds will be doing the same.
