Not sure about that Karol, we also received an RFE and the same sort of message only in our case it stated 900 - 999 days but that is what they put on the IR-1 cases when they first receive them and so many people get approved within months so i wouldn't set much store by that message.

here'e hoping that they start moving in linking your evidence to you papers and they can get that approval out

I am still crossing my fingers that we get our approval for Easter, what a " hunny bunny" of a present that would be

Good luck

[The reason god put spaces in between your fingers was so another person's hands could fill it up.

I guess no one is sure of the time frame that CSC will give an approval after a RFE. For some people it is just a couple of days, for others like my self it can weeks or months. Just stay positive and hope for the best.

According to the representative I talked to at the USCIS, the 90-120 days includes from the day your NOA1 is issued to the day you are approved, excluding any days your case is on hold for the RFE. So if your case stops processing for 10 days due to RFE, the total could be up to 130 days.

That is their standard form letter. I believe they are a little faster than that. Good luck :D

Ive been waiting over a month since i sent in my RFE.

From the CSR i spoke to at the CS line, she stated the 90-120 days is a standard response due to thats how long it takes to even do the petition. They then go into saying "however bla bla bla it wont take as long because the preliminary part is complete". So i dont think it will take even 90 days. I HOPE. usually you hear something within a month or so if not sooner.

Good luck
