Last year, 2006, my husband earned more then 125% above the poverty line.

In 2005 and 2004 he didn't earn much at all because he was a student and he lived with his parents.

Do I need a co-sponsor, since he isn't 125% above the poverty line all three years?

It is really only the most current year they look at so you should be fine. Just make sure that the income for this year with paystubs etc looks as though it will also be over.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline
