we are being ponsored by my fiancees parents for the financial part and i just have a couple of quick questions:

1) Must my fiance fill out a form as well as her parents even though she has no income? Unlike the I-864, thereis nothing that mentions a co-sponsor, so to me it looks like we only need to fill out the one form with her parents details and submit this with the information required (ie: tax returns).

2) Must my sponsors wife also sign the I-134, and how neccesary is this? she has been included on the list as being supported but not as a co-signer. I think they file separate tax returns, and my sponsor is submitting his with the I-134, as well as letters from the bank in his own name.

Many thanks!!

well as for qustion 2 we have just got both parents to sign it anyway, an extra signature can't hurt whearas a missing one can! 1st question i'm still unsure about, my gut is that we only need one I-134 by our sposors (fiancees parents) and nothning from my fiancee. we may fill in a comlpetey blank one for her with a covering letter saying her parents are co-sponsors signed by her, but i am thinking this won't really matter as the financial support is only really neccessary for the next visa (permanent residcency). am i right about all this? any help would be appreciated!
