All you can do now is wait to see if you'll get an RFE, if you don't, good, if you do, just have it prepared to send right away. I'd make one up and mail it to my fiance so he can have it there in US in case you get an RFE for it.

Both Petitioner and foreign fiance(e) are to write a letter of intent for the original I-129F K1 Visa petition. Once the interview comes they are requested to write a new one stating continued intent to marry since the original petition was sent.

Transatlantic, do not worry so much. I (the swedish and alien fiance) didn't send that letter, actually I didnt know of it untill couple of days ago reading some posts.

We got an RFE but because we forgot the kind of passport pictures and since I am divorced twice, they asked for my first divorce certificated, but nothing about that letter.

Now i know, I will make one for the interview, just in case.

Any ways, our RFE took about 12- 14 days since they got it in hand and approved our case, yeeees we are approved since yesterday!

All will be ok for you too
