Halloween in MENA

I'm going to stay in bed with the covers over my head that day. It's triple low critical bioryhthem day for me. Since I live downtown I'm sure I'll see load of drunks in costumes. Note: Maybe I should check out a camera and video tape the passing costumes? Would you all like to see that? It could be called Halloween Experiment I.

I for one would! I plan to keep my camera out to take pictures of all my patrons. The best costume I ever saw was a little kid a couple of years ago who was a Tornado. It was obvious mom was trying to save some money and used sheets and whatnot from around the house. It made me homesick because my mom turned me into a dust bunny one year with a sheet and kleenex. Bless that little kid's heart! I gave him 3 handfulls of candy and toys

Ok I will reserve a cam and editing time to produce this little video! It will be fun! I wonder if I can use it for my documentary project?

From my understanding from the day we are born there are rhythms for our mental well being, our emotional well being, and our physical well beings and they go up and down. When they get below the balance line it's called a critical or bad. When three of them intersect below the line it's a triple critical and you're supposed to not even get out of bed that day. This year mine happens to fall on Halloween. There are sites on the web that can calculate and track your biorhythms for you.

I do think it is a good thing to be in tune with your body. I think too often people dismiss signals that our bodies are trying to tell us something is wrong. I am a HUGE believe in holistic medicine!
