P bought a rice cooker last year and now has the exact same philosophy. "What shall we have for dinner?" "Rice!"

Ok, here is what you do....

Get ya a big pot and put some oil and fresh minced garlic in it.

Brown up the garlic on a low heat, you want to flavor the oil more than cook the galic.

As your doing that cut up some marbled pork, boneless ribs or shoulder meat is best.

Chuck that into the pot with a GENEROUS amount of Tony's Cajun Seasoning(available at most grociery stores, look for a green and white can)

As your browning up the pork, cut up a package of cajun sausage or smoked sausage if your not into spicy dishes. (this is gonna be spicy regardless but smoke sausage will greatly reduce it) Dump the sausage in.

Now add some chicken, shrimp, and even scallops if you like, whatever your budget can afford. The more the merier I say, but keep your overall meat content under 4 lbs.

Next slice up and add one sweet onion.

Next slice up and add one green pepper.

Next slice up and add one package of celery.

Put a lid over it and let it cook for about 3-4 hours on low heat. When it is done, all of the water in the vegetables will create a heavy brothy stew. Note, you do not add any water at all during all this. The low heat and cover makes the stew from the juices of the ingredients. You dont even need to add salt and pepper, the liberal Tony's Cajun Seasoning takes care of that.

Serve over rice, noodles, dumpling, or just strait up.
