Would I put none here since this is my first time submitting the affidavit???

#10 I have submitted a visa petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration services on behalf of the following person

Would I put my fiance's name there since I sumbitted the I-129f???? And what would my joint sonsor put there?????

#10 you would put your fiances name there. When my co sponsor filled the form I think he put N/A there, because he had not filed for anyone.
