Hello Again

To all K-1's and K-3's who have not received your NOA2 or who can't see your case online and have contacted USCIS about it. Don't let them (uscis) discourage by telling you that you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your case to be processed. Example I contacted them on Tuesday (yes just 2 days ago) and they told me that not only was my case not processing but it was still pending and for me to contact them on May 19th. But you see how may case went. So please don't let the powers that be discourage you all. Keep your chins up!!!!!

CONGRATS ON YOUR APPROVAL. IT'S PARTY TIME NOW.

I AGREE WITH YOU ON NOT GETTING DISCOURAGED OVER THOSE USCIS PEOPLE. I WAS TOLD 10 MINUTES BEFORE I SAW MY APPROVAL ONLINE THAT IT COULD BE AS MUCH AS 3 MORE MONTHS BEFORE APPROVAL. SO PEOPLE HANG IN THERE. GOOD TIMES WILL COME SOON

Well its not always that easy. We have been waiting for our NOA for almost 6 months and contacted to uscis few times, they told us to wait 45 days, after that we contacted them again and they told us to wait another 60 days, we contacted them again after few weeks as we didnt want to wait that long and they told us that they are processing our case and that there is no time limit for this processing so more waiting and we dont know how long. We contacted our congressman as well and had an interview at the Santa Ana office where we met a nice lady who sent them an email asking why it is taking so long, so hopefully we will find out soon.

But it doesnt mean, that if you phone or send an email to the uscis that they are going to give you an approval after that, it is just coincidence and lucky you.
