Actually when you click on his Timeline it says he filed with VSC....still unreal considering our average wait now is over 130 days. Congrats if it is for sure a NOA2

Yes...I was so surprised and reading so fast that I missed the VSC. Oops! But, I agree with you...IF this is notification of an NOA-2...it is phenomenal!! And, GREAT for them...but it sure makes others in the same position feel hurt and scratching their head in wonderment and confusion. It may actually TO some other petitioners!!!!

35 days is a bit long for an NOA1 but (as was previously said) "unreal" for an NOA2.

The bottom line regarding processing times looks toooo familiar. I wouldn't expect to see that on an NOA2 notification (but, I'm a newbie who has never seen an NOA2).

Anyway, either way, congratulations and best wishes.

I would have to agree...based on your adjudication date, you are receiving an e-mail notification of your NOA-1. It is "unreal" for your case to jump so far of others. But, good luck anyway...I and understand your excitement...but, I think it is premature.

That was then. This is now.

VSC has not issued approvals in 30 days in a long time. And given the USCIS stated policy of processing petitions in the order in which they were received there is no way a September petition should be approved unless there are extenuating circumstances that the member has choosen not to divulge.

I wish Ophelia the best of luck but I would feel better if there was a logical explanation for this. I hate to think that VSC cannot even manage to keep the petitions in the proper sequence. Unless of course mine is currently being adjudicated in which case it is ok.

Serioulsy, guys, that notice is the real deal. So, now we need to know if the OP had an expedite for some reason? Its unreal that there are so many of us in that 3 to 5 month range agonizing over the extended wait times and someone is approved in just over a month.

OP, I am happy for your NOA2, but simultaneously very jealous!! Congrats on the approval!
